Shea & Company is dedicated to our customers, big or small. Please call us with any questions,
comments or concerns you may have about the products.  Or, call to say hello. We love to hear
from you!

Placing your Order:

    Place your selected items into your cart; be sure to select your favorite fragrance. Click on
    the “view cart” button to review your order. When finished shopping, you may checkout by
    using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal. You do not have to be a
    PayPal member to pay by credit card.

    FYI: All credit cards are processed through PayPal. Your statement will show a charge from
    Shea & Company. You may send us a check. Your items will be shipped after your check
    has cleared our bank. You may send a check to: Shea & Company, Order Department,

Shipping:

    Shea & Company offers shipping via FedEx. Shipping charges are determined by FedEx
    according to the weight of the shipment, the box size and the destination zip code. You will
    receive a “PayPal Order Processed” email upon placing your order. Next, you will receive an
    “Order Received” email once your order has been put into production. Once we ship your
    order, you will receive an “Order Shipped” email.

    Orders will be processed and shipped within one week. Occasionally your order may take
    longer to process. We will alert you if this is the case. If you are in a hurry to get your
    luxurious products, choose an expedited form of shipping. Please send us an email and
    we will try to accommodate your needs.

    During the summer months (approximately mid May – September 1), Shea & Company will
    not ship some orders after Wednesday due to the products temperature sensitivity. If you
    are concerned about the shipping time frame of your order, please call and speak to Shea
    & Company Representative at 512-573-6118 Monday through Friday between 9am and
    5pm CST.

    We cannot ship to PO Boxes and currently can only ship to the continental USA.

Sales Tax:

    Shea & Company is required to collect 8.25% Sales Tax on all orders purchased within
    Texas.

Cancellations:

    You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of submission. All cancelations or
    order changes after 24 hours of submission will incur a 15% service fee based on the item
    (s) retail cost.

Returns:

    Please contact us before returning any merchandise. You may contact us at (512) 573-
    6118 or email us. Please explain the reason for your return or exchange. Your comments
    are very important to us.

    Returned items should be new and unused, in their original packaging. Items must be
    received within 15 days of order. Please do not ship items without first contacting us.

    If you receive products which were damaged in transit, we must be notified within 48 hours
    of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials.

    For your security, please return your item with a reliable courier and retain your order
    information. Shea & Company is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Shelf Life:

    Because our products are made using varied natural ingredients we recommend using our
    products within 6 months for freshest "consumption." You can help extend the life of your
    products by storing them in their closed container in a cool, dry, dark environment. Avoid
    getting water into a product's container when using in the shower or tub.

Disclaimer:

    Please note that all our products are handmade at the time of your order. We strive for
    consistency, but because each order is made by hand, this cannot always be achieved. We
    hope you will be thrilled with the products you receive. If for any reason you are less than
    thrilled with your item, please contact our Customer Care department within 1 week of

    Shea & Company’s is a luxury bath and body company and not a medical team.  If you
    have any concerns about a particular medical condition, please consult your physician. If
    you have a specific sensitivity or allergy, we suggest you carefully review the ingredient
    label of your chosen product before using. Shea & Company’s products are designed to
    mild. With new products, some individuals may still experience a reaction. If you DO
    experience any skin irritation, please stop use immediately and contact your doctor or
    dermatologist.

Privacy Policy:

    Shea & Company is committed to keeping the information you provide to us safe and
    secure. We do not sell or share personal information (addresses, phone numbers, email
    addresses, etc…) with other individuals or companies. All of you personal information and
    transactions are protected by PayPal’s Privacy Policy. We do not retain any credit card
    information and all transactions are securely captured by PayPal.
